The city police have decided to recreate the crime sequence to crack the sensational murder case of the wife of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) youth wing president Vinay Pratap Singh, Manisha Singh. Cops reportedly have also sought help from forensic experts to recreate the string of events.

It may be mentioned that 30-year-old Manisha Singh was found dead inside the bathroom at her Hanumant Nagar residence in Madiaon on Sunday night. Her body had three gunshots-one shot from point blank range on the forehead, the second on the stomach and third on her back. The police said the assailant used her husband’s license revolver, kept in the house. The murder weapon was found lying on the spot, police said.

“The case has several aspects, which has puzzled cops probing into the matter. We have sought help from Lucknow forensic science laboratory experts,” confirmed SSP J Ravinder Goud.
