The visitors accused the staff of Indian Public Senior Secondary School, Daba-Lohara Road, for illegally charging extra parking fees. These visitors had appeared for an examination, which was held at this school.

A visitor on request of anonymity said the school staff was charging amount for parking. He alleged that this was an illegal way of charging parking fees from them as the school had no authority to charge Rs 30 as parking fee.

Sukhdarshan Singh, president of Nakal Virodhi Teachers Front, said, "Many of the candidates complained that the school authorities are charging Rs 30 as fees for two wheelers and Rs 50 for car parking. The candidates had already paid to appear for this examination and there were no instructions to pay extra for parking. I will take the complaint to the higher authorities of the education department."

However, school manager Surinder Pal said, "We charged Rs 20 for parking from the visitors who appeared for the examination. We also deployed staff for the security of these vehicles. There was nothing illegal."
