Cook a meal on weekends. I like to make a salad, or a smoothie.

Cook a five course meal. For instance, a chilled soup, a shell fish appetiser and a nice roast with vegetables and for dessert, a chocolate soufflé.

I like to cook my own breakfast — egg white omelette, brown toast and chilli peanut butter.
