Twitter users are repeating what they did when Gurgaon was rechristened Gurugram. As the government decides whether to go with ‘Bongo’ or ‘Bangla’ as the new name for the Indian state West Bengal, Twitterati seems to disapprove of both. Why? Bongo is also a musical instrument, and Bangla... well, the state’s language.
