7 die as jeep rams into truck on Maharashtra highway

Seven people were killed and two injured as the jeep they were travelling in collided with a truck on the Ahmednagar-Aurangabad road in Maharashtra on Wednesday morning.
According to the local police, the group was on a pilgrimage to a shrine in Buldhana.

The driver of the jeep, according to police, lost control, hitting the truck head-on .
The victims are Manohar Gaikwad, Ankush Nemane, Mubarak Tamboli, Balu Chavan, Swapnil Chavan, Arun Shinde and Gokul Gaikwad.
