G D Somani Marg, Cuffe Parade

History: G D Somani memorial school was established in July 1975 by well-known industrialists and philanthropists, the late Sarvashri B D Somani and G D Somani. The school started with 250 students, and today has approximately 1,350 students. Initially, it was affiliated to the SSC stream of the Maharashtra State Board, but in 2000, it sought affiliation of the ICSE board on the request of parents.

Unique Features: The curriculum is made vibrant by the active involvement of students in project work, experiments and assignments related to creativity and research. Co-curricular activities are planned for students of all ages and grades are calculated taking into consideration academics, literary, cultural, discipline, punctuality, regularity to class and social interaction skills.
