Mumbai travel woes: Rail fracture delays Kasara-bound CR trains

Two Kasara-bound local trains were effected during the morning peak hours and two long-distance trains, including Howrah Mumbai Duronto, Panchavati Express, were delayed.
A rail fracture between Kasara and Umberali at 8.30am delayed trains heading towards central railway’s Kasara on Thursday morning.
The glitch was rectified by 9.15am

Two Kasara-bound local trains were effected during the morning peak hours and two long-distance trains, including Howrah Mumbai Duronto, Panchavati Express, were delayed.
Currently, the local train services from and to Kasara are delayed by 15 minutes.
“The problem has been fixed but the services are affected,” said Shyam Ubale, general secretary of the Kalyan -Kasara railway passenger association.
