Amit Kapoor (24), a relationship manager with a private bank at Girgaum Chowpatty, was driving and his three friends were with him.
Kapoor tried to flee but was nabbed by the police.
“He has been booked for rash and negligent driving and will be produced in court on Monday,” said senior inspector Anil Bhise of the Goregaon (East) police station.

The victims were going towards Malad.
"The accused, who was driving rashly, lost balance. The car dashed against a stationary call centre bus and then collided with the bike," said an officer.

"Within minutes, a mobile van that was patrolling the area, reached the spot and chased the car while it was fleeing towards South. The police managed to nab Kapoor who was trying to escape after abandoning the car. The other occupants managed to flee," the officer added.
