This takes the number of such on-flight molestation cases to four at the Mumbai airport this year.

On Tuesday evening, about 30 minutes prior to landing in Mumbai, Silveraj Pillai a passenger on a Jet Airways flight
allegedly hugged a female cabin crewmember. Despite warnings, the 51-year-old who was high on alcohol continued to misbehave.
“When another woman flight attendant tried to stop him, he firmly held her hand and refused to let her go,” said an airline official requesting anonymity.
Pillai was taken into custody at the tarmac and handed over to the Sahar police. On Wednesday, Pillai was charged with molestation.
