Ever wondered how to make your home eco-friendly in a cost-effective manner or what kind of energy efficient products to use to contribute towards environment conservation?
Solutions can be found at The Energy & Research Institute’s (TERI) thematic exhibition between April 28 and April 30.
The exhibition is a part of TERI’s multi-sector initiative for sustainable development called Krishi Dhan. On display will be the live model demonstrations of sustainable options in eco-friendly houses, renewable energy and energy efficient products, agro-tourism and green and modern agricultural technologies.
“The theme of Krishi Dhan is from green to evergreen. The exhibition will also feature a walk-through model that will showcase components for green structure in addition to a biogassifier (technology that can be used to generate power from biodegradable waste) and windmill technology,” said Anjali Parasnis, head, western region, TERI. “Information on agricultural financing will also be provided at the exhibition.”
