Members of the Raj Thackeray-led MNS' film wing on Tuesday disrupted shooting of the film Buddah, being produced by Amitabh Bachchan's AB Corp, citing violations of norms on inclusion of foreign artists.
"We are opposing the inclusion of around 40 foreign artists in the shoot without proper permissions and documents," MNS film wing chief Amey Khopkar told PTI, after the protest in Dadar area.
"The foreign artists are working for this film without work permits, proper visa and relevant documents," Khopkar said.
The concerned police station was not informed about their participation in the shoot, he said.
"MNS film wing will take up the issue and strongly oppose anyone violating the law," Khopkar said.
