The Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a research and training academy set up by the RSS at Bhayandar, will be the nesting spot for the Chief Ministers of the six BJP-ruled states on June 5-6.
In his first major event in Maharashtra, after taking over as the BJP President, Nitin Gadkari is hoping to use the two day closed door event to discuss governance issues.
The two day conference is being called Suraj-Sankalp and will focus on review of noteworthy and innovative welfare or development initiatives.
Modi will be the star attraction and deliver the keynote address at the national convention on good governance at Sangh Parivar's training center. The convention will see the presence of six chief ministers including BS Yeddyurappa of Karnataka, Raman Singh of Chhattisgarh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan of Madhya Pradesh, Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank of Uttarakhand and Prem Dhumal of Himachal Pradesh.
The meet will also include various ministers from the BJP ruled states.
