It's been a silent month since the blast at Pune bakery shook Koregaon Park. Meanwhile the investigations go on but make nothing clear, neither about the ongoing investigations nor about the safety of the city.

The German Bakery blast that killed 17 people and injured over 60 has almost hit a dead end as the painfully long Government procedures refuse to hurry things up. The owners look forward to start restoration work.

However the city has incresed security measures within and around Pune ever since it found itself on the terror map. Heavy police presence, security cover, luggage scanner and bomb detector equipment at the railway stations have been beefed up.

Failing to bring about any breakthrough in the blast after questioning over 100 people, investigating agencies have very little to show. Now police are putting the onus on the people of Pune for their security.
