He also attached a list of offences registered against the criminal at Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur police stations including murder, attempt to murder, extortion, assault and kidnapping, along with his memorandum.
Despite the fact that the criminal was involved in more than 50 serious crimes, he was free now and (Kadam attached a list which listed more than 50 grave crimes against him) and may attack him and his family, his memorandum said.
Asked if he had approached his party bosses in this regard, he replied in the negative and said that initially he would make his own efforts to resolve the issue and approach the party later.
Kadam alleged that the criminal had the backing of a major political party's bosses, without which he could not have indulged in serious crimes so brazenly.
