What is the message you are hoping to impart during the Moksh-HT wellness week?
I think this wellness week will be an important way of increasing awareness among people about fitness and health issues. It’s important that such initiatives are organised more often as a number of personal health issues get addressed at these workshops.
What are the areas that you touch upon in your workshops?
I will be discussing bone health, chronic diseases, hormonal imbalances, nutrition and functional training. I am making sure that my sessions remain interactive. My talk is completely guided by the questions that people come up with.
What is the target audience for your workshops?
The focus of my workshops has been to empower the elderly and help them to cope with the changes they go through. It’s important to show them the right way to stay fit and healthy.
