The University of Mumbai has postponed the post-graduate LLM exams scheduled for November 8 and 9. The new schedule will be declared later, said officials said.
More than 350 LLM students were denied hall tickets on Thursday because of shortage of attendance. University rules prescribe a minimum of 75% attendance for students.
MNVS, the students’ wing of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, claimed the academic term was not complete, yet the exam had been earlier scheduled on November 8. Students had gathered at the Fort campus on Thursday to meet the head of department, Suresh Mane. Most of them work with law firms or assist advocates. HTC
