Wait is over: SSC results to be declared online tomorrow

The wait is over for more than 17 lakh students from the state as the results of the Secondary School Certificate Exam (SSC) conducted in March 2013, will be announced online on June 7.

The results will be declared at 1 in the afternoon. But students will have to wait a bit longer for their original mark sheets as they will be distributed across schools at 3pm on June 15.

Students can take heart from the fact that even those students who have passed all subjects but want to improve their grade or class, can appear for the Class Improvement exam. They can appear for exams on October 2013 or March 2014.

Students will be able to check their results online at http://mahresult.nic or on the state board website www.msbshse.ac.in. Students will be able to take a printout of their marks. But can apply for re-evaluation and re-checking of answer sheets only once they receive their original mark sheets. Applications for rechecking made on the basis of print outs will not be accepted. The last date for applications for re-evaluation of answer sheets and application to appear for October 2013 exams is June 25.
