Why follow vegetarianism?

Many of us are raised with the common myths of becoming weak if we don’t eat non-veg food like fish, meat or chicken or do not take proper proteins etc. But we can start by discrediting these myths if we imagine an elephant eating leaves and branches.

Many of us are raised with the common myths of becoming weak if we don’t eat non-veg food like fish, meat or chicken or do not take proper proteins etc. But we can start by discrediting these myths if we imagine an elephant eating leaves and branches.

When a person gets to know these facts, from that moment onwards his spiritual nature starts awakening, he starts experiencing many changes. One of them is the development of sensitivity through which the relationship between his body and his soul takes a new meaning and importance.

His subtle energies become more tangible and that person clearly finds out whether the food his body had ingested was really healthy for him or not ?

The question that arises here now is Why Follow Vegetarian Diet?Answer to this is very simple. Human being by nature is non violent.

The true nature of human soul is peace, tranquility, and calmness. Spiritual energy accumulates while practising non violence. Hence one must avoid eating food that comes through violence or the act of killing. A healthy body is the one that is kept clean from within. When we feed our mind with love as well as the body, the world around us will also become peaceful and a loving place to live in.
