With two of the biggest names on the international club circuit —Grammy nominee Bob Sinclar and Swiss DJ Yves Larock — and Danish pop act Michael Learns to Rock (MLTR) slated to perform in the Capital in the coming weeks, June couldn’t get any hotter.
Larock, the man behind hits such as Rise Up, and Without Love, will take the stage in Delhi on Friday night at the Hard Rock Café (HRC) in Saket. Confirming the news, a spokesperson for HRC said, “Both Larock and Sinclar will be performing in the city as a part of our month long anniversary celebration. It’s going to be big.”
Sinclar, best known for superhits such as World Hold On (Children of the Sky) and Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now), is currently on his 2010 world tour. As per his official website, the India-leg of his tour begins on June 16 in Hyderabad, after which he performs in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. His performance in Delhi is scheduled for June 18 at the HRC.
MLTR, who perform at the same venue on June 17, will play hits such as Paint My Love and latest singles.
Party lovers couldn’t be more excited. “This is big. Sinclar has a huge fan following here... the clubbers would be very excited,” says DJ Kary. “Larock’s music makes your hands go up in the air, this is great,” says Kunal, 22.
