Being an international celebrity doesn't mean you can't be shown the door, it seems. Learning this the hard way (some would say rather harshly) was Canadian singer Justin Bieber who was kicked out of the Coachella festival. He was put in chockhold by security at the entrance of the festival, it has been reported.
According to TMZ.com, the 21-year-old singer and his team walked to the artist's entrance where Drake was performing, when they were stopped by security and told the area was full and they couldn't come in.
Eyewitnesses told the website that the Baby hitmaker argued with security, saying that there was no way he could stand in a big crowd because he would get bombarded by fans.
According to reports, Bieber didn't stand down and the security was pissed. At that point, a Coachella staffer came up to Bieber and said she would escort him inside the artiste's area.
The staffer grabbed Bieber by the arm and began walking him and his security team inside, when a Coachella security came up from behind and put Bieber in a chokehold and the singer was then ordered to leave the festival.
Sources close to Bieber said that the singer voluntarily left the venue, and they're considering taking legal action against the security guards.
