Everyone seems to be gung-ho about the impending Pitbull concerts that are scheduled from December 2 to 4 in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. Recently, the website www.eventstation.com, which is exclusively responsible for selling tickets for the concert temporarily crashed for over three hours. Says an insider from Crossbar Entertainment that is organising the mega event with P3p, “The website crashed due to enormous traffic for ticket enquiries.”

If the source is to be believed, by the time the problem was fixed and the site was functional again, they were surprised to find over 20,000 pending enquiries about
tickets and venue details.

The ‘I know you want me…’ hit-maker is known for his flamboyant performances and collaborations with the biggest names in music, and it seems he plans to do something special on his India tour. A source close to the organisers informs us that even various B-town celebs have been trying to ensure that they get the best seats in the house.

Speculation is also rife about the rapper-producer coming down with several of his friends from the music industry like Enrique and Jennifer Lopez, and that
has added to the buzz. Vismay Chokshi of CrossBar Entertainment says, “The reaction from everyone around has been tremendous, and we are doing everything in our reach to make it an affair to remember. We knew that getting Pitbull down would be big, but the response we have recieved is way beyond our wildest imagination.
