Reliance TimeOut, is launching an annual Rock Fest from today at its Bandra and Thane outlets. Popular city based bands Mavyns and Moksh, will be playing at the venues at 7 pm today, as he festival kicks off with a bang.
Mavyns has already made rounds of the gig circuit, with live performances in most popular night clubs. The four band members plan to perform songs from their album ‘Live at Blue Frog’ but with a few changes. “We plan to make some songs old school rock and roll, play a few blues and just have fun jamming” said Pradeep Matthews, the lead Guitar/Vocals."Moksh, which insists that it transverses the boundaries of caste, creed and religion, to put together a symphony of native music ranging from African traditional folk to a blend of Sanskrit shlokas, with rock music, will also be playing at the event.
