Veteran Hindi actress Sulabha Deshpande dead

MUMBAI: Veteran Bollywood and Marathi cinema, stage and television actress and director Sulabha Deshpande passed away on Saturday. She was 80. Deshpande was a recipient of the 1987 Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for Hindi-Marathi theatre acting. She acted in scores of movies, prominent among which are Bhumika, Gaman, Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyo Aata Hai, Vijeta, Virasat, English Vinglish, and Arvind Desai Ki Ajeeb Dastan.
