Suresh Singh, or Kala, who hailed  from Panipat in Haryana, carried a bounty of R50,000 and was nabbed from the Humayunpur roundabout around 10pm on Thursday, said Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, deputy commissioner of police (special cell).
