Pranay Sinha is a Shopping Centre specialist with over 12 years of experience across the emerging markets of South East Asia and India.


Having worked closely with owners, occupiers and investors on a wide spectrum of retail and real estate faculties, he is currently spearheading a 1.3 million Sq. ft., US $ 100 million Mixed-Use Development in Saket, South Delhi, Select CITYWALK. An architect by background, Mr. Sinha was formerly with a US based Retail planning firm, CDG International Pte. Ltd in Singapore, subsequent to which he was heading the Retail Advisory business of global real estate consultants Jones Lang LaSalle, in India. His areas of expertise include Development Strategy and Economics, Retail Planning and Design, Tenant-Mix determination, Project Zoning, Marketing and Strategic Leasing.

Mr. Sinha has been associated, in various capacities with over 50 Shopping Centre Concepts / Projects across India and Asia including KT Mall Malaysia, Manar Mall UAE, Tunjungan Plaza Indonesia, Prestige Forum and Garuda Mall Bangalore, Forum Calcutta, GVK One Hyderabad, The Taj Mahal and Grand Hyatt Hotels, Mumbai, Leela Galleria, Bangalore etc.

Mr. Sinha is a founding member of the National Committee for Retail, FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry) and contributes to various newspapers and trade magazines.
