The Organizers reserve the right to make changes in the Program to best suit the objectives of the Conference, speaker(s), date(s), time or venue, without assigning any reason and/or notice. 2. The Organizers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injury, accident(s), delay or irregularity, caused by any act or omission of any person. 3. Organizers and/or the Hotel Management shall not be responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Exhibitors, Visitors, Speakers or Attendees. 4. All disputes and proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi. Registration: 1. Duly completed registration forms along with Participation fee should reach the Organizers by March 29, 2007. You may submit the form online or post it at the address provided above. 2. All Payments should be made in favor of HT Media Limited by way of cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque payable at Delhi. 3. The payment by the Exhibitor or his/her duly authorized agent along with the registration form shall signify the exhibitor's acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the same shall be binding and final. 4. Fee is only towards the stall/ show window that shall be made available to the exhibitors at the venue of the exhibition to display their goods. All costs, charges, expenses towards transporting, putting up their goods inside the stall/ show window, security of the goods/baggage shall be borne by the Exhibitors.
