Day 7 at India Fashion Week

Sangeeta Chopra's collection was 'nautanki' in bits and parts.

Studio Valaya also did not come up with anything new or inspiring.

K Mehta's collection was the worst of the lot. Mens wear was see-through, unwearable and horrendous. The clothes made men look ugly- kajal and bad clothes marked…marred the show.

Manish Malhotra's collection was brilliant, the kind of stuff people like. The garments were beautiful and aesthetically done.

Rohit Bal: The clothes were totally wacko. He had a good platform and different clothes.

Rina Dhaka's clothes were very punk, and will make a mark internationally, even though people here may not have understood the collection. The clothes were good.

The cornucopia concluded merrily with a rocking party at the Rooftop Taj. Everybody was present, we were all tired but it was great fun. On the whole, IFW 2001, got everyone good business and it has taken us all a step further!
