On the wedding day everything has to be
perfect. From the hair to the shoes. It's a very difficult task
to get the perfect look on the D-day. It needs lot of planning and
coordination to bring out the best look for the D-day.
Make-Up Tips
Fix an appointment with
the beautician at least a week before the wedding. Take along the
wedding costume and the jewellery as well.
The basic thing is the colour coordination.
Right now glitter and sheen is in vogue. A great dramatic look would
be one with high gloss and sheen over eyelids and lips. But for
those who like their look a little more traditional, the matte finish
make-up is a great option.
Go for water resistant and long lasting make-up.
Waterproof mascara is a must. For the traditional look heavily kohl
lined eyes is the right option. With right make-up one can give
their eyes the perfect almond or doe shape.
Emphasize the socket of the eye with
subtle play of dark shadow on the socket and highlight just under
the brow bone. Go for false lashes. Natural shade of blush for the
cheeks with a subtle highlighter to add that bridal glow.
Lipsticks are an important part of the make
up. Line lips with lipliner, a shade darker than the lipstick. Blot
it gently with a tissue and powder and repeat the liner and lipstick
routine. This will process is to keep your lipstick last longer.
Make sure that the neck, back and waist are
all the same skin tone. Therefore do use body make up to even out
skin tone and cover blemishes.
Hair Style
There is wider range of of hair styles to
select from. As the brides prefer more trendy, stylish and natural
looks hence the designers designer hair styles are in vogue. More
and more attractive accesories are invented and used to make the
hair styles more noticeable. The big buns are replaced with flamboyant
styles. Though flowers, beads etc, still used.
