Programme:
Please consult the programme for all sessions, functions and meal times. There will be no breakaway sessions.
Session Format:
All sessions will take place at the Kamal Mahal, ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel. At most sessions, including keynote speeches, statements by the speakers will be followed by moderated Q&A sessions with delegates. Conference staff will collect question slips from delegates. Please keep your questions brief and focused. The Moderator reserves the right to accept or reject questions, and also directly invite questions from the audience. Sessions addressed by Dr. Manmomhan Singh and Ms. Sonia Gandhi will not involve a moderated Q&A session with delegates.

Mobile Phones:
Mobile phones are not permitted inside Kamal Mahal, the venue for all sessions. This is a security requirement. Please deposit your mobile phones at the help desk outside Kamal Mahal.
Delegate Facilities:
The Summit secretariat is there to assist you. There will be a help
desk outside Kamal Mahal to respond to your queries. Names of the
secretariat staff will also be listed for help in facilitation and
for any emergency.
Tea and coffee will be provided in the pre-function area of Kamal Mahal.
Delegates are invited to the luncheons on November 15 and 16, 2005
