Mr. Andrew Thomas Mr. Andrew Thomas, a 16-year publishing veteran, has vast experience in Asia, both as leader of a successful publishing firm and a mentor to many of Asia's top business executives. Actively involved in Singapore's social and business circuit, one of Mr. Andrew's key roles in Ogilvy PR is conducting media training which has enabled several clients to face the media with ease and deliver their key messages effectively. These have been both individual media programmes for senior executives such as CEO's as well as group sessions for both marketers and sales people. Mr. Thomas previously headed Communication Management, Singapore and was the producer of society magazine, Tatler. Prior to that, he held numerous positions with the International Herald Tribune (IHT), the most recent as Global Client Director, based in Paris, where he developed a series of internet and inflight television media partnerships – a first for the publication. In 1987, he was transferred to Singapore by IHT to extend the newspaper's South Asia operations. From 1995 to 1999, he was serving in the capacity of Deputy Managing Director, Asia Pacific. His understanding of wealth management has seen him develop strong competitive offerings to many of Asia's private banks. Other key roles that Mr. Thomas has a wealth of experience in are strategic marketing and media relations. Mr. Andrew holds a Master's degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia. |
