Two brothers killed in road accident in Greater Noida
The speeding bus crushed the two children, while their sister suffered minor injuries. The father raised the alarm and police personnel from a nearby post came to his aid.
Two brothers were crushed to death by a speeding bus in Chhapraula village of Greater Noida on Wednesday morning. A case has been registered at Badalpur police station, but no one has been arrested so far.
Police identified the two minor victims as Suman,12, and Anshu, 6. The incident took place around 4:30am when the duo was on their way home. The police said the brothers was walking with their parents and sister.

They also alerted the police control room. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared the children dead on arrival.
Shamsher Singh, the father, told the police that the family was returning from Haridwar. They boarded an auto from Ghaziabad around 3:30am and it dropped them off on road near their house in Chhapraula.
The family hails from Ballia district in Uttar Pradesh and has been living in Greater Noida for more than a decade. Singh works as a daily wage earner in a factory, the police said.
Krishn Kumar Rana, SHO, Badalpur, said, “On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered. The family members did not know the registration number of the bus and investigations are under way.”
