After his world record-breaking performance at the World Cup Final in Bangkok recently, 10m air rifle exponent, Gagan Narang, shot a perfect 400 for his club Affalterbach in the German League on Saturday.
He beat three-time German champion Karin Prediger, who shot 396. Gagan thus helped his team beat Petersaurach 3:2. Affalterbach now need to beat either Prittlebach or Der Bund Munchen to move into the final.
This incidentally was also the first perfect 400 by an international shooter in the German League in the last five years.
Speaking about his perfect 400, Gagan said: “There was music, drums and trumpets playing behind me.”
