Jeev Milkha Singh closed with a final round of one-under 70 to finish tied 35th at the Omega European Masters here on Sunday.
Jeev's 70 saw him conclude the week at five-under in tied 35th, ten places up from third round, in euros two million showpiece event. Jeev first dropped two bogeys on 14th and 16th as he finished his first nine in two-over. Then three birdies on the second nine salvaged the day as he found birdies on first, third and ninth.
Shiv Kapur started from the tenth with birdies on the 11th, 14th and 15th. Then dropped shots on 16th and 18th that saw him turn in one-under. On the second stretch, he birdied the first, bogeyed the second, and had two more bogeys on fourth and fifth but then closed with back-to-back birdies on sixth and seventh for a 71 to end in one-under 283 and tied 58th.
Gaganjeet Bhullar finished with a 71 and a week's total of two-over 286 and in tied 65th place.
Denmark's Thomas Bjorn, who won the Johnnie Walker Championships at Gleneagles last week, captured back-to-back victories with a sparkling closing 62 in the championship. He was five-under for last five holes and finished at 20-under 264 and four clear of Martin Kaymer, second.
Gangjee tied 33rd
Canonsburg,USA: Rahil Gangjee dropped two late bogeys on 15th and 18th to finish third at Mylan Classic in one-under 70 here. That took him to five-under and tied 33rd places, a marginal two places up from his overnight 35th in the Nationwide Tour event.
