Saina Nehwal looks all set to cap a remarkable year on a high as she entered the semifinals of the BWF World Super Series Finals with a fine 21-7, 21-18 win over Juliane Schenk of Germany, here on Friday.
Saina had her back against the wall after two back-to-back losses in Group 'B' but the London Olympics bronze-medallist made a remarkable comeback. Saina, who finished runner-up in the tournament last year, now faces China's world No.2 Li Xuerui in the semifinal.

Delhi half marathon crosses Rs. 4 cr mark
New Delhi: The Airtel Delhi Half Marathon crossed the Rs. 4-crore mark when it raised Rs. 4.04 crore as charity from the event that was held on September 30.
The charity event, held in collaboration with Concern India Foundation, was a hit and surpassed last year's mark of Rs. 3.30 crore.
Hall to coach United Sikkim FC
Gangtok: Australian Nathan Hall has taken over as the new head coach of United Sikkim FC for the remaining I-League 2012-13 season. United Sikkim are presently in a relegation tussle in the 12th position of the I-League table with four losses, five draws and one victory.
Hall's first assignment will be this weekend's clash against Mumbai FC in Pune.
