Randhawa T-15 after third round in Korea

Jyoti Randhawa led the challenge as only three of the nine Indians, who started the week, survived the cut at Ballantine's Championship here on Saturday. Randhawa added a third round 72, after 72 and 69 in the first two rounds, to reach three-under 213 and was tied 15th, while Chowrasia (71-70-73) was at two-under 214 in tied 25th.

Atwal makes cut

Valdosta (Georgia): Arjun Atwal overcame a mid-round blip to card a second-round 73 and make the cut at the South Georgia Classic. The only Indian winner ever in a PGA Tour event, Atwal is now even par 144 for two rounds and was tied 49th after making the cut on the line.

Ashok Kumar injured 

Bhopal: Olympian Ashok Kumar and Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy goalkeeper Amit Rathore were injured when the motorcycle on which they were travelling was hit by a Maruti car on Saturday.

ONGC enter final

New Delhi: Tanmay Srivastava’s 87 and Suhail Sharma's 4/30 helped ONGC beat Kishan Ganj Gymkhana by 24 runs to enter the final of the Om Nath Sood Memorial cricket.
