The Patna high court on Wednesday asked the state government to file a report on a petition complaining encroachment at many places in Doctors' Colony here.

A division bench of justice T. Meena Kumari and justice Chakradhari Saran Singh passed the order on a petition filed by the Doctors' Colony Resident Association.

The petitioner had complained that it was hazardous to move in the evening on the road on the eastern side of Rajendra Nagar flyover at Kankarbagh side. The road, passing through the Doctors' Colony, connected the Old Bypass and the New Bypass, they said.
