Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today directed the DMs of all districts to take fool-proof security and safety measures at all 'ghats' where devotees would offer prayers to the sun god on occasion of 'Chhatha'.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav and top state officials, including Principal Secretary (Home) Amir Subhani and CM's Principal Secretary R C P Singh.
