A local court sentenced seven persons to life term in prison for committing a murder over a land dispute.
A local court on Saturday sentenced seven persons to life term in prison for committing a murder over a land dispute.
It also imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 on each of them for killing a villager at Chakdhari on October 29, 1994.

Additional sessions judge Vijay Prakash Mishra said if they do not pay the fine, they have to undergo another six months of rigorous imprisonment.
Those sent to jail were Amrik Beldar, Dashrath Beldar, Rajkumar Beldar, Ganesh Beldar, Rampreet Beldar, Kailash Beldar and Shanker Beldar.
