From speculation about her sudden friendship with actor Shah Rukh Khan to rumours of her bidding for an IPL team with beau Salman Khan, actress Katrina Kaif has been making headlines
recently.
But Kat brushes aside talk of her growing closeness with SRK, saying, “Just because you meet and greet someone doesn’t mean there has to be speculation on what’s going on. There’s nothing to be made out of my meeting with Shah Rukh. He’s just an acquaintance.” Katrina says she has just met SRK met at a few parties and they had a cordial interaction “like I would with any other senior colleague”.
There’s also a buzz about her growing fondness for actor Ranbir Kapoor. But all that Katrina says is, “He’s (Ranbir) a good friend and we work well as co-stars.”
Of course, about Salman, she’s tight lipped as usual. “I don’t talk about my personal life,” Kat retorts. She also denies bidding for a new IPL team with Salman. “He had put in a separate bid. I was there to support my friend Reshma Shetty, who is with a company that had put in a bid,” she concludes.
