On International Women's Day, Hindustan Times caught up with ordinary women who have earned their economic independence and sent across a message of women empowerment. They have uplifted the condition of their families, started businesses and achieved success. We look at eight such inspiring women. In a month, she makes around Rs 2000-2,500, which helps her send her four children to school.
