Photos: Storm Eleanor hits Ireland and Britain, barrels through Europe

Storm Eleanor moves through western Europe, with winds of up to 100mph (160kmph) affecting the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and other nations. Thousands of homes have been left in its wake without power with sea and air transport links hit and one death reported in France.
