13 caught cheating during Class-12 PSEB English exam

Punjab School Education Board on Saturday registered 13 cases of cheating in the state during the Class-12 English examination.

Punjab School Education Board on Saturday registered 13 cases of cheating in the state during the Class-12 English examination.

A statement issued on behalf of the board here mentions four unfair means cases in Gursdapur; three each in Hoshiarpur and Barnala; two each in Jalandhar; and one in Ferozepur (UMC). Besides, the examination was cancelled at a centre — Sant Baba Jagat Singh Public School, Harsha Chinna — in Amritsar. At the Ladowal model school in Jalandhar, the candidates were made to remove their shoes before entering the examination hall.
