As many as 335 students of different courses were awarded degrees during the annual convocation of government Mohindra College on Wednesday.
Punjabi university vice-chancellor Jaspal Singh was the chief guest on the occasion.
Addressing the gatherings, Jaspal said that acquiring wisdom should be the chief goal of the students. He appealed to the students to aim for excellence in whatever field they choose and contribute to the betterment of the society.
Out of 335 students, 198 were graduate students from disciplines including BA, B Sc, BA (Honours), BCA while 137 were postgraduates.
