39 students from Sangrur find place in merit list

With two students from Sangrur district topping the state in the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) matriculation results, 39 other students of different schools in the district figure in the merit list of 430 students declared by the board on Monday.

All students in the merit list belong to private or aided schools.

Dipti of Model Basic School (MBHS), Sunam, stood first along with Harshveer Goyal of Shiksha Niketan School in Moonak with 96.46% marks.

Simran Chawla of Dr Gagandeep Rotary Public School (GRPS), Sunam, stood fifth with 95.85 marks.

Saurav Garg of Shishu Bharti Model School (SBMS), Sunam, Bindia Rani of SBMS and Rajnish of Suraj Kund Sarvhitakari Vidya Mandir (SKSVM), Sangrur, secured 95.69% marks each and stood sixth.

Komal of SKSVM, Sangrur, stood seventh with 95.54% marks, followed by Rupinder Kaur of MBHS, Sunam, who stood eighth with 95.38% marks.
Anjali Rani of SBMS, Sunam, and Kanchan of SKSVM, Sangrur, secured 95.23% marks each and stood ninth.

Himanshu Jindal of Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Dhuri, stood 10th in the state with 95.08% marks, followed by Samanpreet Kaur of MBHS, Sunam, who stood 11th with 94.92% marks.

Sharandeep Kaur of Lord Shiva Public Senior Secondary School, Hamirgarh, secured 94.62% marks and stood 13th in the merit list, while Lovely Goyal of GRPS, Sunam, stood 15th with 94.31% marks.

Priyanka of GRPS, Sunam, and Tanya Sharma of SBS, Sunam, secured 94.15% marks and stood 16th.

Ankita Bansal of Shri Atam Vallabh Jain School (SAVJS), Sunam, Shikha Gupta of GRPS, Sunam, and Sameena of Islamiya Girls School, Malerkotla, secured 94% marks each and got 17th rank.

Shiv Kumar of SD Senior Secondary School, Lehragaga, got 18th position with 93.85% marks, followed by Amisha of SBMS, Sunam, at 19th with 93.69% marks.

Vasu Bansal of SAVJS, Sunam, Harpreet Kaur of DRAVS, Lehragaga, and Amanjot Kaur of Pioneer Public School, Gajanmajra, got 20th rank with 93.54% marks.

Rahul Goyal of GRPS, Sunam, got 23rd position with 93.38% marks, while Vivek Jain and Isha of SBS, Sunam, also finished 23rd.

Puneet Singla of SBS, Sunam, Dilpreet Kaur of PPS, Gajanmajra, and Raminderjit Kaur of Sangrur Public school, Mangwal, shared the 24th position with 92.92% marks.
