AITA Super Series Tennis tournament at Jassowal today

The AITA Super Series Tennis Tournament for under-14 and under-16 boys and girls will begin at Harvest Tennis Academy, Jassowal village, on Friday.

Events of both singles and doubles category will be organised during the event which would conclude on March 7.

This tournament is being conducted under the auspices of Punjab State Lawn Tennis Association (PSLTA) and All India Tennis Association (AITA).

Main draw for boys and girls will be of 32 players of which 24 would be direct entries and eight qualifiers. The draw for doubles event would be of 16 direct entries.

All main draw matches will be best of three sets. The qualifying round matches will be played on March 1 and 2, while the main draw matches will be played from March 3 to 7.

Campus Harvest director Samir Kanjilal said, "This prestigious national tournament attracts upcoming tennis players from throughout India. Matches will be played on all 11 courts of Harvest Campus."
