For creating awareness about the Save Girl Child initiative, the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R), will host its fourth half marathon on Sunday (November 9) with iconic amputee marathon runner and Limca Book record holder DP Singh as chief guest.

In 2013, legendary athlete Milkha Singh was chief guest and more than 2,000 people had participated in the event. "This time, we plan to make it bigger and better; and invite the residents of Rohtak to run for a social cause," a spokesperson of the institute said here on Thursday.

The venue of the inauguration ceremony is the stadium of Maharshi Dayanand University.
