Joshi seeks, votes, notes for Modi

With a view to garnering support for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha election campaign, state cabinet minister Anil Joshi on Thursday went door-to-door in Sanjay Gandhi colony here, to canvass and seek monetary contributions for the leader.


Conducting the BJP's "Ek Note, Ek Vote" countrywide campaign, the minister told the voters about the failures of the United Progressive Alliance government at the Centre and about its various scams. "The BJP is the only hope of a country looking for change," he said, requesting the public to vote for Modi.
