Police have identified one more youth involved in the attack on Burundi national Yannick Nihangaza on April 21 last, even as another accused Amarbir Singh Bajwa surrendered before police on Tuesday.

ADCP (headquarters) Navjot Mahal said that Bajwa, a son of a cooperative mill managing director, surrendered at police station division number 7 during the day.

Sources said that two arrested accused Ramneek Singh Uppal alias Romi, son of SP Dharam Singh Uppal, and Amandeep Singh have revealed the name of another co-accused Ramtaj Singh during questioning even though police were yet to find his address.

Meanwhile, a local court sent Uppal and Amandeep in two-day police custody on Tuesday. The prosecution contended that police were yet to seize their mobile phones.
