A video of the May 13 incident in which a moving bus caught fire — and three passengers were charred to death — at Rampura Phul near Bathinda has emerged. In it, passengers can be seen jumping out of the bus as it screeches to a halt near the railway crossing where a flyover is under construction.

The security camera footage, which has gone viral on social media, shows people gathering at the spot but not able to take any rescue action as the fire engulfs the bus in hardly a minute.
