Revenue minister and Youth Akali Dal chief Bikram Singh Majithia has alleged that the Congress-led UPA government's recent steps to get foreign investment into the country was motivated by a desire of its top leadership to bring back black money stashed abroad through their bogus companies.
Addressing Akali workers at Baghapurana in Moga on Tuesday, claimed that it was a matter of shame that no serious investor was willing to bet on India. He claimed that even PPCC chief Pratap Singh Bajwa was afriad to utter a single word against the 'wrong' policies of the Centre.
He 'advised' Bajwa that with just few months remaining in his tenure and claimed that with no possibility of his making again to parliament, he should speak his heart out and play a role in saving the country by exposing his high-command.
"It will be more appropriate to remain in the news instead of issuing misleading statements about the Punjab economy that too without any facts and figures. Bajwa wants to divert the attention of his party leaders, who are searching for him in Majha, fighting in Doaba and joining SAD in Malwa."
